Safety Suggestion Box - NEW

Help us help you create a safer work environment

When you become a client or candidate at Integrated you have the opportunity to share your Safety suggestions with the Integrated team. Forming a part of Integrated's National Safety Week 2009, we were proud to launch our very first online Safety Suggestion Box to existing clients and candidates, accessible using their secure login details. It is important for Integrated to gain continual feedback in relation to Safety and encourage all of our clients and candidates to become involved.

Our Vision

We strive to ensure that our employees return home from work in the same state as they arrived – FREE FROM INJURY

Target Zero represents Safety within Integrated. It represents the journey Integrated has taken, and continues to take, in its aim to achieve zero injuries to its workforce.

Over the last five years Integrated has strived to continuously meet, and exceed injury reduction targets it has set for itself. In the last five years it has achieved a 25 per cent or greater reduction in lost time injuries year on year, an achievement that has exceeded annual targets.

Integrated will continue to build on the foundations of compliance with management systems by reducing hazards, displaying safety leadership and fostering safety partnerships with clients.

Hazard reduction  
• We have adopted a belief that all injuries are preventable by a diligent approach to hazard reduction.
• We conduct risk assessments at all sites where our employees are placed and develop action plans with our clients to ensure that injuries are prevented. 
• We have developed education programmes for our employees onsite with demonstrated results in the reduction of injuries.

Safety leadership
• We have set ourselves annual goals and targets for continuous improvement in safety performance.

Safety partnership
• We believe in partnering with our employees and clients who share our safety vision

Our Safety Promise
• We aim for and benchmark our activities to align sales and safety
• At least one professional HSE team member based within each state, holding a nationally recognised qualification
• Integrated conducts an initial and annual risk assessment at all client workplaces. These risk assessments provide the platform for a comprehensive hazard reduction programme that promotes a safety partnership with clients. 
• All of our external employees will receive a comprehensive safety induction at the point of registration
• All internal employees, including senior management participate in ten safety toolbox talks (Safety Conversation Day) per year with employees based at client sites
